Payment paid may be fraud accounts

Sir one representative come to my home on 10/01/2021 and said to my wife that my loan amount was goes to 60000because of not paying emi so we r offering settlement amount of Rs. 21000to be paid before 31/01/2021 ifu not paid before 31 January 2021 u offer will not be valid so i pay it on 30 January and from last 2days i was getting call from bajaj finanace executive about paying emi so how it was possible that i got email containing my loan account number and how that executive come to my old address and new address sir pl helo as i in such a bad financial conditions from lockdown my mobike number is 8850028025
