payment made service not started

sir/madam,

i deposited rs 500 for the subscription amount, and i m providing the amount to the same account from last 6 month

after making payment i filled the form and my services is started
but today when i deposited amount on the same account they are saying that the employee has done fraud

contact employe

how cum it is possible that employee fraud done and customers have to regrate

i need justice………..
