Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that i was using the data card of Reliance, and when i decided to not to use their services, i made the full payment of INR 3421/- to Dev Communication, c-47, MAIN ROAD, MASOODPUR,VASANT KUNJ NEW DELHI -70, on 26.12.11, by cash.. But to my surprise i got the call from Reliance communication that the payment is still outstanding and they are taking it up legally.. i visited Dev communication but they have already closed the shop and the person who is representing Relinace there says, they dont have any account information of Dev Communication. Further, when i paid the amount i asked for the system generated receipt, but i ve been told that that they dont give system receipts and instead gave me a manual receipt.
i feel that Dev Communication has cheated me and took the cash from me and i am sure, they would have done it with other people as well.
kindly register my complaint against them and help me get out of this trouble.
