no response from iptv team since 21 may 2012

Hi,
Iam one of the user of MTNL IPTV(25359566) in Delhi. They are not only providing poor service but also there behaviours are poorest.i complained at their customer care on 21 may 2012 my complain no. is d/120/530/88 but no body response and the time to reslove the complain is 24 hour but till now i am facing the problem and i continiously calling them and mail them but they are not giving any response. help me i am very frustrated now
