PAYMENT BUT NOT BALANCE EFFECT

Location/place: AHMEDABAD

Name of company/service: VIDEOCON D2H

Dear Sir,
I have paid amount for Recharge Rs. 2650/- by net banking. I have also complained at that time in direct company. They are ask to me proof about payment & i have provide its all but after that they are not giving reply yet.
So i want to get back Rs. 2650/- in my A/c or recharge in my set top box.
Please Help me.
