Sir I have compliant it about before that I have purchased a mobile of samsung company and it had not worked properly and service centre naming shiv enterprises had recommended to make our D.O but after that they have refused to make and they had make our set dead after that we had complained about that to company by the help of there helpline no. And they also said that they will make our D.O. due to the reason that they had dead our set.after 7 to 8 days they had refused to make.we have purchase a new set on 24th of june and after that within 7days asper the policy of D.O. We had submit it to service centre on 29th of june till that date our set has not been in process they have kept it and they have . Asked for Rs1000 for making D.O of our set we have complin about it to headquater of samsung but they had also not taken any action against it….I request you to take action for this problem unless our our Rs9500 will be not be refunded and it will be wasted..plz corporate with us and show your action against shiv enterprises agra(U.P) Manager Alok Agarwal.
