Respected Sir,
My self is Suman Rege and staying at Ghodbandar Rd, near to Vijay garden complex.
In our locality one Vendor named Naganeshay General Store (Supermarket) is selling ½ ltr Milk on 17/- of which MRP is 15/-. When asked about the reason for charging Rs. 2 extra per half litre, the vendor justified that it is the refirdgeration + transportation charges for milk. Since there is no alternative milk vendor available nearby, M/s Naganeshay general Store (Supermarket) is enjoying the extra profit by selling milk as customers are helpless.
As per the law selling any product beyond MRP is a crime.
