I booked my Ubislate 7 (PM 24024) in jan2012 according to it i was supposed to receive it in the month of March 2012. In month of march when i mailed asking for delivery status the replied back by saying kindly do the payment once we receive the payment we product will be delivered in 6-7 working days. I made the payment by cheque (Rs. 2999) in april but i dint get any acknowledgement for the same. I again mailed them asking for the status as it had been couple of weeks after payment was made. I got the acknowledgement saying they have received n its in process i will get the product in next 6 week. 6 weeks passed away i still dint get the delivery of the product nor the status so i called on their customer care number which fortunately got connected (half of the time its shut) n they told me it will reach you by 15th June. I still haven’t received any product . they aren’t replying to my mails nor my calls are getting connected.
