Folliwing letter written by me to dealer development officer pune massey furgsson. It explains my grievance.

Dear Mr. Nikhil
Kindly read the  mail sent to u r corporate office chennai.
As per our first telephonic discussion today, I m sending this mail to u.
I have called u r office several times in last 7 days. But u had attainded  my call today.
Sir, I m asking for refund of my booking amount from 29/3/14, which is legally due to me.  The proprietor and His employee Mr. Rohan thorat had refused to refund the amount.
Mr.Umesh Chavhan and Mr. Santosh Rathore of u r company had purposely and in alliance  with dealer tried to Burk the issue.
All this had caused me great deal of difficulty, harassment from
m/s Massey furgsson TAFE.
I hereby urge u to resolve the matter.
