Pathetic Services

Dear Sir,
I want to share the horrible experience as a customer with your services & service center Infinity Solutions, Shop no-2,Pune,Maharashtra,pin-411030 Here is the brief summary of my experience:
1) 04/01/2015 – Purchased Micromax Phone A-350
2) 17/04/2015 – I submitted my phone in Pune Service center. Service Center representative committed that I will receive my phone back within maximum 30 days.
3) 20/04/2015 – I called Micromax Customer care and they told me that my phone has some board issue and it will be repaired and will be returned back to me in Max 10 Days.
4) 30/04/2015 – I called Micromax Customer Care again and they told me that my phone is not repaired yet and it will take 15 days more to get repaired.
5) 05/05/2015 – I again called Micromax Customer Care and they told me your problem solved & mobile send to service center I would receive my phone in next 15 days.
6) 7/05/2015 – I went to service center to collect my phone but still they told me that my phone is not repaired yet and they would give me a call to collect the Phone.
7) 12/05/2015 I again call customer care they told me contact to your service center again I call to service center they told me your handset sent on 30 April but till not received here
8)I again call to customer care about where is my handset service center did not receive yet they told me it is in dispatch you will receive within 10 days.
9)16/05/2015 I went to service center they told me your mobile is here but company send faulty handset so we request for replace a new handset you wait for 30 days & new job sheet has been created for my phone
10)20/05/2015 – I again called Micromax Customer Care. They told me that the phone is still not repaired and it will take 20 more days to get repaired.
11)Till date i didn’t get my phone
I hope you can understand the frustration and mental agony I have faced during these 70 days. I think the phone is not repairable at all and your customer care executives are making me a fool every time. The behavior of customer care executives is extremely rude too. They never even listen to the problems of customers and talks in loud voice if customer tries to tell about the issue he is facing. They only says we are sorry about it you wait for 10 days
This type of pathetic services and behavior was not expected from a Techno Giant like Micromax.
