I have received a call from 9213313354/ 9971465181 at 09:26AM on 8th Mar 15 on my mobile stating that “I am calling from SBI Card and since you have maintained excellent payment of your credit card so you are selected for offers from SBI card. You will be provided with Discount card, Health voucher, Holiday voucher, Gift voucher, UCB watch etc.” I have been asked to give my card details i.e card number, expiry etc. He told that they will charge only service tax and rest all will be free of cost. Again they called me from different – different numbers and finally I got message on my mobile that Transaction of Rs. 7999/- made on my SBI Credit Card No xxxxxx at Intouch Concepts on 10th Mar 15. They were told that the kit will be delivered to your address and if after seeing the kit if I am not satisfied with the offer then I may call him on 9213313354 within receipt of 15 days. Now I received the kit and I have been made a fool by taking full charge of all the items + service tax + CST etc. Now I am not satisfied with these kit and when I am trying to call the number given by him It is not being connected. Now, when I contacted to SbI card customer helpline, they appraised me that the fraudulent transactions have been made and I have been made a fool. So please action may be initiated against the “INTOUCH Concepts” and my money may be made refunded. Thank You.
