very pathetic service & highly unresponsive staff

the company tatasky is really very pathetic, they take their customers for granted.
the following are the problems i faced with them:

1) the service staff at tatasky are very rude
2) their phone lines are never working and it is very hard to contact them on phone.
3) they don’t respond to emails
4) they are highly unresponsive of customer complaints.
5) they have really added to my stress levels.,

very very pathetic company.
