Disappointed with the fact that we do not get support from Tata-AIG, when we need it…!

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Rakesh Ghadi, I and my family members have TATA-AIG health insurance mediclaim policies which are as below.

I am very disappointed with the fact that we do not get support from Tata-AIG, when we need it. In spite of such towering claims by the insurance provider before the policy, we are not even taken care; instead I should say we are harassed when we need the benefit of Policy.
We would like to give you brief about the incident;
My mother was admitted to the Hospital named WOCKHARDT on 14th of Jan 2015, due to some weakness and stomach pain.
When we came to know that, she needs to hospitalized for a week or more than that. We immediately intimate hospital to inform my insurance company about the incident, so we can get some help from them (TATA-AIG).
Hospital people took immediate action on it and they had submitted all documents on 14th of Jan 2015 (1st Time) which was required on behalf of us.
Now, after two days we got the news that our claim was rejected due to non submission of Doctors consultation paper and other papers.
We contacted Customer care and we got the same reply from them. We also asked Customer care about all documents required for my Mediclaim approval. We again rush to the doctors team and told them to resend all the document required and they did it on 16th Jan 2015.(2nd Time)
Same day I called up to Tata-AIG customer care, they acknowledged that documents received from them and told me wait for further remarks.
Next day on 17th Jan we again got the news that my claim was rejected for the same reason as told earlier. I immediately called up to your customer care and they said they need paper which is consulted to your doctors and other some report which is related to liver disease. When I have earlier called them , they have not told that they need any more documents. And when I had sent the required documents as per their instructions, they again told me that some more documents needed.
I was very upset, that I haven’t got any proper response from TATA-AIG. I again requested doctors team that please resend all document which is in the file up till now on 17th of Jan 2015 (3rd Time)
This time I forwarded all document to customer care executive to get his confirmation and I got the same. He said we received your document please wait for one hour.
After an hour I got the same reply again and was helpless!!
Above whole incident happened, when my mother was in serious condition.
Finally after all this delay and follow-up , got the reply from TATA-AIG that I need to again submit all medical documents to branch which is in Lower Parel-Mumbai for reimbursement.
I went to your branch at Lower Parel-Mumbai, where they told us “now you do proper filing and courier to our Hyderabad team who will respond to you…..!!”. You can notice that instruction was never proper, one and the other (customer care executives/concerned persons) kept telling different instructions and solution and making me to run from one point to another.

God’s know knows what will happen if I will send my documents to Hyderabad they will also suggest me to send this to Dubai and then from Dubai , will suggest me to send this into the space ….!!
Please remember we are asking for our money, which we have given you for our family security, not for playing with us.
We got so much promises to take care and proper safety from you at the time of policy payment. But at the time of need, the ground fact is we are forced to suffer and the response is pathetic.
I request you to take immediate action on it or else I will take this matter to consumer forum..!!!
