Pathetic Service for all (Legal, Customer Care & Broadband service)

Hi ,

I am submitting my complaint against Tikona Digital Networks for the kind of services provided by them and particularly the kind of level of discomforft given by the Tikona team.

I had discontinued using their broadband service from Tikona since June 01, 2013 and on the same day i sent a mail to the Customer Care team for the same asking for the final payable amount. Since then i’ve been intercating with the team through multiple mails and calls. I’m clarifying on each mail and call that i need detailed breakup of the final bill which they have filed to provide.
I am willing to pay the amount provided the Tikona team provides me the detailed bill.
Now instead of providing me the details they have filed a case against me for not making the payment. I’m still trying to explain through mail & call that this is an error from Tikona but it seems that no one is concerned about it.

I’ve all the communication in emails regarding what i’ve mentioned above and have all the proofs for the same.

Attached below is the latest mail that i’ve sent to Tikona Today (Aug 16, 2013) after the case has been filed against me. Please go thru the email and guide me for the next steps for further action. I want to make sure that Tikona team understands how are they treating their customers.

“Hi All,

I do not know the right contact person for this email so i’m copying all the email id’s that i could get from the Tikona website.

This is a serious matter for concern for me now since i got a call from the legal department that a case has been registered against the non-payment of the bill.

I’m once again mentioning below that i have never denied paying teh bill, however, i requested for a detailed breakup of the F&F payment. This was never provided to me and hence the payment is still pending.

There is some serious mis-communication between the departments as the CC staff and the recovery agents and the legal department are all calling and asking for different amounts for payment and when i ask for the details they divert me to to one f the other teams. End result is i have not received the information that i have asked for and suddenly then i get a call taht a case has been registered.

Please go thru the trailing mails and you will realize that the information is pending from Tikona and not me……there is a delay from Tikona and not me.

I even tried it to explain it to Mr Chetan Sharma, whose name is given in the mail for Legal contacts and who has registered this case. But he will never listen to the problem and will just say the case has been registered and will disconnect the call.

There are so many mails from my side for which i did not get any reply as well.

I’ve been very generous to Tikona team when i myself sent a mail to Customer Care team and mentioned that i’m discontinuing the service and will make the payment whatever is applicable provided i get a detailed F&F amount. I even spoke to CCE and everyone who called me and i explained what i wanted. Even then there was no resolution for my requests.

I want an answer that if there a delay, mis-communication, no courtesy shown for the customer and now over it you have a case filed against me.

I’ve now raised a complaint in consumer court regarding the mis behavior, inappropriate service and the discomfort provided by Tikona employees.

If you are still interested in resolving this, provide me the detailed breakup of the payment to be made and i’ll clear it from my end.
