we took honeymoon package from cox and king. after paying premium, we got pathetic service. after repeated complains, we got the response of that they have provided excellent service and all the complaints I have were just situational. after months they agreed to pay me back the premium, but then again all went into silence and no response from months now. the whole scenario is over 1 and half years now and still no resolution. apart from the premium paying back, most frustration is no response from their side and we feel like we are at the mercy of them.
I have all the details and reference numbers and letters ready with me.
kindly help me to take appropriate and fast resolution in this.
