Hello,

I had no access to my cell phone for last few days hence you were unable to reach me. However I have checked everything with my bank and nothing has been transferred by Flipkart as cash back to my account. Also the jazz that you are trying to explain me about the reduction in EMI amount is also FALSE. The reduction in my EMI amount is not due to any cash back from flipkart but the facility that my bank has provided, below is the EMI table that I got from HDFC bank and I am getting charged accordingly every month (even the interest amount).

Below are the snap shot of my credit card statement for last 2months and let me remind you NO CASHBACK IS CREDITED. Also tell me why an SMS was sent to me by Flipkart on 16th July that a cash back of Rs.1617 is processed and will be credited in 4-5 working days..

Don’t try to take the matter round n round….i need clear answers…. And the cash back amount in my credit card…

    I have spoken to Amit (Customer Care Rep)/ Edwin (Floor Supervisor) / Gulshan (Manager). I was promised a call back from escalation and I got an call back from Vinay and I was promised compensation.

    This is a false promises made to customer from Flipkart.

  2. i ordered an tshirt from flipkart, because of the worst quality i requested for refund and they assured me that the items would be picked up within 3 business days and once it will reach to their ware house, they will initiate the refund, but so far i haven’t received any confirmation email for the reverse pick up and it has been almost 3 weeks they are promising and putting me on hold, their policy of reverse pick up is to give a false hope and keep people in illusion.

    Really disappointing and will never suggest flipkart anybody in future.

Hi sir Iam Jagadish at first I was so proud to shop in Flipkart but now Iam sorry to say about the service that the Flipkart guys are providing .Bcoz here I got the mail about my refund request but it was mentioned that the pickup guy will take the product but that guy denaid taking the product so then nw I called to the care they said me that saying your request is cancelled so this had happend for me twice so please give the priority to the customer problems and solve it and my Order ID-od40903087612

    I purchased Intex Cloud 4G Star mobile phone ordered through flipcard invoice no. F0418DEL 16-1183,dated 02.09.2015 under 30 days buy back scheme for Rs. 7389.00 . But it had started giving me problems of getting frequently hung .Initially it was once or twice now it is 10 times in a day eventhough data load is just nothing compared to its good memory .I was advised solutions and asked to visit nearest service centre at Nehru place(pics and docs attached ).I visited there by spending Rs. 200 rupees wasting my precious time and then Intex Nehru place advised another centre (refer attached docs) by the time it was half a day then It was not possible for me to visit Lajpat nagar centre for repair on 28.9.15 . I request you to please arrange to collect this mobile from me and refund my money immediately as I am not at all interested in this mobile as I already spent money and time ,visited your service centre and it is well within 30 days now hence pl do the needful immediately to avoid further escalation and appropriate action from my side as I shall no more be interested in wasting my time ,money and it will be more than 30 days when I might next find time to visit .

  8. I bought Motorola Nexus 6 on 23rd Feb @Flipkart with order ID :
    OD205292330930706001 and found there were complaints on Mic, Phone was getting heated too much and network or calls were not stable and hence i requested for return on 24th Feb which was rejected with below response.

    “We would like to let you know that your return request for Order
    OD205292330930706001 has been closed since we have shared the troubleshooting steps with you. We are positive that these steps will help in resolving the issue. If the problem persists, feel free to get in touch with us and we will gladly assist you further. ”

    However, nothing got fixed, I requested for return on 5th Mar which got closed with same feedback as above and have told them that will not be in India and will send the return request if problem is found again but found the same issue, CC team has requested to go to Motorola service center and get the job sheet which would help us to get the item back since it was defective one and have done the same, Now they are complaining that it has crossed more than 30 days and hence return is not possible.

    Flipkart has a tieUp with LG to sell LG defective products

    we purchased a LG 80cm (32) HD Ready LED TV from FlipKart.
    Order No:OD506907666894842000
    Complaint No- RNA160904033706
    Incident: IN1609161601424470964
    price: Rs.20,583/-

    But after receiving the product we found the product damaged while heading for installation. So as per the installer(Mr. Robert) comments, we stopped the installation and raised a complaint to return the product. Also, installation status (by Jeeves consumer services pvt. Ltd ) has verified by one of the customer care executive .

    The problem is: The front screen panel of the TV is completely shaking from up down and from left to right.

    We raised complain in FlipKart, and Flipkart arranged a LG technician visit to confirm the problem. LG technician(Mr. Shatish, phNo-8297563607) visited after 4 days to re-verify and confirm the problem.

    The installer confirmed this problem and stopped installation due to a damaged product, where as the LG technician has a contradictory statement that “This shaking activity is intentionally given by LG for this model, so that the air will be circulated easily to keep the LED bulbs cool”. And he said he is the technician for
    technical issues, not here for detecting any manufacturing defects.
    Also he (Mr. Shatish) commented why we are going with online products from Flipkart to purchase electronic item, they are cheaters. LG’s 80% products are going to showrooms like reliance digital etc.But Organizations like Flipkart is sometimes selling damaged products and cheating customers.

    Technician Satish has taken my signature on his jobsheet and told us that he will intimate his comments to the LG department. And now he is playing double game that he has taken my signature after he put his comments on the sheet which says “The TV has no technical comments”.

    while again followup with Flipkart, one of their customer care executive told to manually visit to any nearby LG distributor showroom and confirm the shaking activity of the TV. We did that even, and visited to Reliance Digital, and found no defect on the TV. We uploaded the recording of our discussion with showroom guy, to youtube, and shared the link with flipkart.     We have already spent more than 20 days just by following up with Flipkart customer care to know the status of our complain/incident. sent multiple emails to
    [email protected]. they only say one statement that “the complain will be resolved within 24 hrs”. And they do keep us on waiting by putting our calls on hold to
    escallate our complain to their so called higher authority. But still no resolutions.
    We now strongly believe that we successfully got cheated by FlipKart by buying their LG defective product. We need our money back. We have not even unpacked the TV yet, just by foolishly waiting the Flipkart action to be taken. But now it seems no necessary actions are executed by FlipKart to refund our money.

I had one real bad experience , when it came to refund the amount, I had placed one order order id OD110312850076570000.. and immediately i cancelled the amount,, Now flipkart customer care is saying that the refund has been done on 3rd oct 17, but when i checked in bank , i had not received any refund amount . kindly resolve the issue.

    I ordered a Redmi note 4 (64Gb + 4Gb) from Flipkart. When I opened the box
    (record video when I open the box) I found the handset & bil missing in it,
    so I put return request to Flipkart for my prodect. When I opened the box,
    I had also made a video of it. After that flipkart customer support team
    wating 15 days to investigation of my prodect. After 15 days Later when I
    called customer care was told that there is a confirmation from Flipkart’s
    cellar and courier service that the right product was delivered to me. But
    the product that came to me, the handset & bil was missing. after that I
    called Flipkart customer support at least 100 times Every time I got a date
    on Flipkart’s behalf I called Customer Care for past 4 months but my
    problem never solved by flipkart. I tagged the video to @flipkartsupport on
    Twitter. Why flipkart cheat his customer??? I need my prodect.. help me

  15. I ordered Redmi Note 4 on 16.10.17,order id-OD110501704820072000.It reached on 07.11.17 & package was found torn.I didn’t receive it. The seller has rejected the return. The order was cancelled,my refund status shows,”Refund after 6 days after PICKUP IS COMPLETED”.Why PICKUP clause is added when I didn’t receive it? If India Post doesn’t complete the pickup, how will I get refund ? Please escalate my case.

    Hi sir am a customer of flip cart , i ordered for hp laptop (order id :OD211604488411472000) on 21/02/2018 , in the description they mentioned that item delivery is on 23/02/2018 but i received item on 24/02/2018 after raising complaint. Again after delivery of product i checked all the things in the pack there is no warranty card available but they mentioned there is one year onsite warranty for the item when i ordering the item.
    For any thing without warranty card the item is not valuable , for this one i raised complaint and they said that it will resolved on 6/03/2018 but item return or replacement policy is only 10 days so how can take the product so kindly solve my issue.

    This is matter of wrong invoice. August 23, 2017, i had purchased a Moto G Plus 4th Gen.and model of this mobile is XT1643 and IMEI number is – 358223074576097,358223074576105. I have invoice of this mobile in which IMEI number is:-359648060245480, 359648060245480. My order id was-OD110031482853272000. On July 22,2018 I was facing problem in my mobile then i went to service center they told me there is dis-match IMEI number that why they would not consider my mobile in warranty. Then July 23, 2018 i have registered a complaint on your call center. my complaint has been registered by Shreya, where i have received an email [Incident: IN1807231121583030178]. Next time i talked with Amir and he escalated my concern to your branch then on July 25,2018 I have received an email your return request for an item from your order OD110031482853272000 has been accepted. and return Id is :-12201293512367390168 and pick up by Thursday, July 26, 2018.but yesterday no-one contact me then yesterday i again call your callcenter where call my attended by Mahipal and after my request he transferred my call to your senior associate Navdesh. He does not give me any satisfaction reason why my request not full filled yet but he told me he is escalating my concern to branch that will be resolve as soon as possible. Now time has been come you should to talk with your team to resolve this matter today. I am attaching my all email and mobile photo’s and invoice. I hope today you will contact me and resolve my matter. I talked with some associate also like as Bhagyashree, Ankit and Tanisha but my matter not resolve yet all of them give me assurance but i need work.
