Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a complain about DHL express service that I have shipped a document with DHL from Italy to Jaipur, Rajasthan on 17th of September.
at the time of booking they commit delivery within 3 days but till today 6th day of booking I didn’t receive the document.
I checked online status its shows 18th September 17.57 arrived at Delhi and today is 22nd September I didn’t receive the document.
I called at Mumbai customer care several times but they don’t have any proper reply.
they are regularly saying that we will call you back but they call me just once with no proper reply.
I tried to call there assistant manage Mr. Minal surve but he didn’t receive call.
I speak with hi colleague and he said to ask mr. Minal surve to call me back but I am still waiting for call with proper reply.
