Pathetic Service – Delay in delivering of product by TWO MONTHS!!!!

Name of company/service: Hometown, Future Group

Hi,

Please note that I had placed an order with Hometown for a side table. The order was booked in second week of March. The item that was delivered on 13th March was a damaged piece and we had written over the form itself that it needs to be replaced.

Today its close to two months and even after repeated reminders, the item has not yet been deivered.

The height of indecency and irresponsible behavior of staff is that even though I have constantly told them to call back and let me know the status, they are very casual.

The order was placed at Ambience Mall store in Gurgaon under the name of my husband, Mr. Aditya Jawalia (contact no. 9910886242).

Looks like you are taking customer too lightly and in an era where getting a petty Side stool is a matter of few seconds, you are taking TWO MONTHS to deliver. Its a sad state of affair that you are trying to test the patience of the customer and harass them by taking so long to deliver.

I want the order to be cancelled!!!! And moreover want to claim certain kind of compensation from Hometown for displaying such a casual behavior.

I am also in touch with consumer forums and shall escalate the matter further for the way things are being dealt.

You may get in touch with Mr. Sagar and Mr Vijay at your store in Gurgaon, with whom I have been following up tirelessly but with no effect.

Kindly get your service issues set right which are even worse than a local vendor.

    Looks like Hometown has too many consumers to be able to ignore this complaint!
