Hi,
I am absolutely pissed with the service of Ferns n Petals. I paid for delivery of a cake over the phone; they took extra payment for a fixed time delivery from the credit card before they even took the order.
They did not deliver my order on time, took 4 more hours over that; over and above that the customer service team is absolutely ruthless and think they are bloody bosses.
I want to sue the company for harassment.
