Pathetic Reliance Broadband

I have been using reliance broadband from days when reliance got into broadband business that time service was very good and customer support was also very good but slowly it started to get bad and now its worse.
My connection was got dead on 29th April 2015 and I raised a complain on twitter and even called customer care number and was assured that my connection will be up and working within 24 hours, so I waited and kept on waiting for 2-3 days then I again called customer care and they said my complain was closed but my connection was still dead.
Then I again raised complain but it didn’t got resolved. I kept on complaining on twitter and calling customer care about my connection being dead but still nothing happened.
Customer care people kept on assuring that my connection will be up in few days but it never happened. So I kept on waiting for days then for weeks then those weeks turned into months and now its more than 2.5 months and my connection is still dead and there no point for raising complains anymore now because I know my complain will never get resolved.

I kept on paying bills for months and months now but nothing i wasted my money for nothing. I have paid last 3 months bill for nothing and now i want my money to be refunded.

This is a humble request to Reliance please do not make fool of you customers.

And Advice to all those people who are thinking to get a reliance connection PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM RELIANCE.
