My name is Shrikant Chavan. I have taken home loan from LIC HFL (loan acc no 621400000387).
On 5th July 2014 I had applied to LIC HFL to provide me LOD (list of documents) document.
LIC HFL charged me Rs 562 /- to get this document which I think is too much for a single document.
As of today (12 Aug 2014), I have not received the document yet. After several follow up on phones & personnel visits to Kharadi Branch till date I have not received the requested document nor any positive reply.
The only response i get from LIC contact person is that he has forwarded the request to the central office and he is still waiting for their response.
