Pathatic Service from SBI to a pensionor

Location/place: Deoria (UP)

Name of company/service: State Bank Of India

My Grand Maa’s saving/pension account in SBI Deoria (UP). The Central Govt. has increased the pension rate from 1/1/2006. And it has already executed in nov 2011. But my grand maa pension a/c still crediting at old rate, and arrears haven’t paid yet. I have followed up with PPO office New Delhi, they have already send the details to the bank. but the amount haven’t credited yet. Even If I have followed up with Deoria and CCPC Lucknow Branch through E-mail but they are saying that i t will be credit. Its been more then three month gone to following up with bank. I have sent the detail and register the complaint on line to the bank but after few days they said that the problem have been resolved/closed as the amount will be credit from CCPC Lucknow. But the Thing is we are still not getting the enhanced pension and arrears. Please help us…

    yes its ture, SBI is main bank and they are not providing services then how other banks will provide.
    Private banks are too good to provide services as per customer requirement. Central govt should provide pension account in private banks only. As the pensioner must old and they must not able to visit banks for small things. but in SBI every customer have to do hard work to get their own money.
    to hell with SBI Service..

    I HAVE SEEN YOUR EMAIL ,IT IS STRANGE THAT YOUR NOT RECEIVED INCREASED PENSION FROM NOV 2011. I SUGGEST YOU TO KINDLY APPROACHED TO PCDA ALLAHABAD ALONG WITH PENSION BOOK AND ORIGINAL PPO AND DISCHARGED BOOK.I ASSURE YOU THE WILL BE SOLVED IN A DAY AND YOU WILL GET REPLY SAME DAY.I YOU HAVE TIME TO GO TO LKO PENSION CELL ,IF YOU WANT TO CONTACT ON THIS ISSUE MY NO. 09044291800 AND I ASSURE IT WILL BE DONE IN A DAY OR TWO
