Dear Sir,
My name is ANUJ KUMAR VISHNOI. I had purchased a HCL ME U1 TABLET. On 15 August 2012 I filed a complaint as the Product was not working properly. I visited the HCL service center in lucknow. They checked the product and told me that the product parts are not available. It has been more than 15 days and I still have not got any information regarding my complaint.
On frequent inquiries with the HCL SERVICE CENTER they are not giving any satisfactory answer.
Kindly look into the matter as I am feeling cheated by the company. I will be highly obliged if you kindly resolve my problem. Hope you will consider my request.
