Name of company/service: Axis Bank
I am payroll customer of Axis Bank. I transfered some money on 13.09.12 to my another account through IMPS. Though it is not transferred they do not give me money. I also called Phone banking officer and they replied that money will be auto reverse in my account within 24 hrs. Then I again called to phone banking officer on 16.09.12 and they replied money will be credited within two working days. After two working day I call again today and they replied same.
What can I do now Sir, please reply and do some needful action. Thanks .
