I am purchased a product in PAYTM and they are shipped that product through DELHIVERY dated on 28-6-2017(AWB.No.1950281641333 Name –
Deepika Anand ,from RAJASTHAN to COIMBATORE- TN).
DELHIVERY promising date for delivery is 1-7-2017 (Saturday). But they are not delivered on 1-7-17 and I call to the DELHIVERY Customer care dated on 1-7-17 , they said we are marked your product and we delivered within 48 hours ( 3-7-17).
But today 3-7-17 the product was not reached destination of COIMBATORE. Again I call to the customer care today 3-7-17 10.30 am, again they are saying to wait another 48 hours for delivery of product.
IF they are not able to delivered the product on time means they why they running business.
I need the product today without fail at any cost.
