On 5th may due to service issues I wrote a mail to reliance customer care to disconnect my services.
Got a reply saying that there is a payment pending , upon payment, within 7 days the services will be discontinued. so I paid 3197.25.
On 10th may they say I have to pay Rs. 250.80 as final payment and then within 7 days the service will be disconnected. I pay the same day.
On 19th may they say thank you for Rs. 259.80, now I have to pay 511.66 and within 7 days the service will be disconnected.
I was being taken for a ride so I did not pay this time . I want the service to be disconnected which is still active . Can anyone intervene and get it resolved.
Reliance is such a big name but service levels pathetic. They think by replying to a mail they have done their bit of service.
I have lost faith in any post paid service from Relinace. I do not recommend it to anyone else.
