We Shipped a parcel through DTDC couriers having shipment no. M71590743 on 25/04/2012 from Goregaon (W), Mumbai to Santacruz (E), Mumbai which should have been delivered in maximum of 2 days.But the parcel never reached the consignee and on further follow up and enquiry it was known that it has been lost. The parcel contained a Hard disk worth Rs.3000 for which invoice was given to the DTDC. Now after regular follow ups with different people from DTDC still no solution is given. It was said that a claim has to be filed which was done in due time on 23/05/2012. and was told it will be paid in 45 days but always the people say it will be done. Pls help us to get our parcel or the claim.
