cheating customers

Dear sir, I have paid 40K from past 2.5 years now they are telling 22K is only avliable in your account. if you want to continue for next 15 years but not sure how much you will get. or else surrender policy we will deduct 30% from your balance 22 K. i am expecting 40K + interest & penalty
