I have given the work of shifting of my house hold items from Kanchanjunga Apartments, Flat No.105 D, Sector 53 Noida to Reckong Peo Distt Kinnaur Himachal Pradesh to Sangam Packers & Movers Branch Office:- Office no. 5, Opp. Fire Station Sector-5, Noida and another Branch Office:- Bidg. No.2 Street No.7, Subhash Nagar, Gurgaon E Mail id:- [email protected], Website:- www.sangampackersmovers.com on 16th of October 2012 & paid Mr. Manjeet Rs. 15000 as advance payment as per their term and conditions) & received my goods on 20th October 2012 with the following items missing:-
1) LCD Samsung 32 inch
2) Baby Cycle
3) Gas Cylinder
4) Kitchen Steel Rack
plus one item damaged i.e. table base
I have informed the same to the agent/employee of Sangam Packers & Movers Mr. Manjeet (Ph. No. 9310068341) and he told me that yes the items are by mistake not delivered to me and he will arrange for the delivery of remaining items in a day or two. Then I called him after three days on the same number and the phone was picked by Mr. Sanjay & he told me that Mr Manjeet has left the company and I also briefed him regarding the same. But no action was taken by him also. Rather he said me that they have not received any payment and I have to do advance payment for getting my balance goods. They are harassing me mentally by not returning my valuable house hold items and wasting my time in the correspondence.
I have mailed to Sangam Packers & movers many times as mentioned below:-
1) E-mailed on 28th October 2012
2) 1 st Reminder vide E-mailed on 31th October 2012
3) 2nd Reminder vide E-mailed on 6th November 2012
4) 3nd Reminder vide E-mailed on 7th November 2012
So I have left no option to move to the consumer court for getting back my balance goods.
