This is in regards to the false bill which has generated for the month of 06/10/2012 to 06/11/2012 against number 9818999521.While speaking to customer care executive I got to know that INR 123 has been credited in my bill as a token of internet usages wherein I have never used any internet services.
Reason for not using internet services : I would like to draw to all your attention that I am using blackberry curv 8520 and no any internet services can be used in blackberry without having a blackberry plan, I tried explaining the same to customer care people but they people are not willing to understand any thing even I have been shown an attitude of like bill been generated you have to pay whatever the cost whether its false of correct. I also would like to intimate you one thing as on word of your customer care If internet services can be used in blackberry with no blackberry plan than everybody would go with your normal net packages ( such a very cheap package) and no body will take blackberry plan.
Per me I have never used any internet services in my blackberry phone in genuine internet can not be used even without having blackberry plan therefore I would not be paying any bugs for the extra added cost, request you to please regenerate the bill by moving the cost of internet services.
