Sir,
I did Online recharge 350/- using My Oxigen website. Money got deducted from my credit card,but I didnt get balance in my Mobile account. The same complaint I raised with Oxigen customer care through e-mail and by phone but no response from Oxigen team. Please support me on this issue. It is a very bad experience and I dont want others to face these kind of concerns. Since they dont know the customer value I didnt get why they entered into this kind of customer service business.
