I ordered “Tamron AF18-200mm XR Lens Di-II f/3.8-6.3 Aspherical Lens(AF18-200mm) ” (order no: 10317538) worth Rs. 10995, on 31/8/2012 and cancelled my order on 4/09/2012. But, I didn’t received my refund after 3 months of waiting. So, I lodged a consumer case complaint and won the case on 8/2/2013. As issued by the court they were to pay me the money within one month (i.e, till 8/3/2013). But, I’m still waiting for my refund. They are clearly not taking the order of consumer court seriously. I don’t know what else should I do.
Please help me.
