Ownership of bike was changed thus insurance company refused to pass the claim

Location/place: Bharuch

Name of company/service: New India Insurance

We bought second hand Honda stunner bike, we changed the ownership name in RTO but was not changed in the insurance company’s documents, in the mean time bike met with and accident and company refused to pay any claim, the simple point is that though the ownership was changed but still the company had insured the bike not the owner, kindly help me to get my claim.
