Do not go by the cheap rates. They will fleece you using other means. Our trip was booked for a round trip tempo traveler from Delhi to Bareilly. The fare was fixed at Rs 16 per km plus taxes/toll and that the distance will be calculated from garage in Karol bagh. It seemed ok. Just one hour before we were to reach Nizamuddin Railway Station, the driver called us that there are no vehicles in Delhi and he needs to come from Gurgaon. We said ok as we had no choice and no idea of the repurcussions. After completing the journey, they billed for extra 180 kms (going and coming from Gurgaon), as also two days of Haryana road taxes – though we were supposed to go only from Delhi to UP and back. Overall, the total price was more than other travel companies. The operator said he will refund the amount, but of course, they are not picking up phone thereafter. All in all, not recommended just because they seem cheap.
