Overcharging and withdrawal of Money via credit card

I enrolled into Country Club India in their invitation I received in New Delhi in September 2011
1) In the meeting they mentioned of taking Rs 2222 for 36 months, however they charged Rs 4444 during the transactions
2) I requested them to change but with no effect.
3) Due to this I cancelled my membership and informed HDFC bank as well from where my credit card payments to Country Club India was made
4) Post cancellation request without initiation they withdrew Rs80,000 by charging my credit card in November 2012.
Still they have not sent any cancellation acknowledgement, they don’t respond on phone / email / letters.
