Bought the LED on 14th June 2013
Started giving problem on 16th June 2013
First complaint to call center on 17th June 2013 – Monday
Call received from Service Center on Friday after 5 days for Visit, i told him to come tomorrow as it is already delayed.
Engineer visited on 22nd June 2013, and given the explanation of the problem is that we have changed the color settings that’s why it is getting blurred so pls change any settings of the system. which is also surprising to know that we cant change the color settings of the LED. Complaint closed.
We were not in town for a week and when we came back same problem persists.
Given a complaint on call center on 6th July 2013 – Saturday, Engineer visited and said pls send the photographs to [email protected] so we wil see which part to be replaced. shared the photographs on 7th July 2013 and surprisingly complaint got closed without closure of the issue.
Again lodged the complaint on 7th July 2013 and nothing moves after that. on 8th July again gave a call to call center for asking the resolution and they said your complaint is already closed.
Till now no resolution provided.
