I Anil khandelwal using Airtel connection For last five years no 45074270. During the inception of their services took 1500 rs for wi fi modem as security fees. Now modem is not working properly for last few months when asked to change it, I got reply company policy is changed now this modem belongs to you and moreover you will not get back your 1500 rs also at that time I came to know that they manipulated my bills since january 2012 by changing my plan from 649 to 749 without my consent. When I asked reason for that they simply said sorry to me and said we can’t do anything with the same. Also they called me up and use abusive language with me for not making the payment to them which I supposed to take back from them. The executiv name is Sonia and the no she called is 011- 47463480. I mail to them regarding such issues many times but failed to get appropriate answer from them.Now they are calling me anytime of the day and started harrasing me for the amount which I supposed to take from them. Now kindly look into the matter.
