Overbilling from airtel

Hi ,
I am airtel customer since 2009 in Karnataka. Regarding my mobile network bill generated for the 23rd Dec 2015 to Jan 22nd 2016.

My complaint is that why you added 1GB data apart from my existing 1GB data after 23rd Dec 2015 and having doubt on the same and I called the customer care , asked the same thing why I can see the 1GB data+ 1GB data in my account ,because I am a smart phone user , I have installed app in my phone as well , so regurarly I used to check my data balance and unbilled amount and the airtel customer care representativ told me that My plan got upgraded from 375 to 410 for this also i have not said anything and later I told the same thing that the data is showing 1GB data+ 1GB data in my account , Can i use it or not ? then I got a reply like becuase of your plan upgradation you got another 1GB data to your account she said. From then i have used the data which has given as part of upgradation(1GB data in my account). And from my data(which will come as part of my plan) i have consumed 600+MB(58%) from my another 1GB data till Jan 22nd . And now the bill got generated for 1535 rs for the month. Suppose If I use more data(1.3GB) then why it is showing only 58% of my 3G Data showing in app as used, then what happend to my 42% of remaing data. Adding DATA ot the customer account is your choice without confirmation from customer and now your are saying there are no records for adding the data in to my account. Kindly fetch the voice records when i spoken to one of your representative after Dec 23rd 2015. So that the originality will come out . But simply your team is replying the same message with no records found. I do not want to take risk as i am not big fish, please go ahead with proper solution.

Moreover, no positive response received from customer care executives.
