Compliant against Reliance Communication and Broadband Services Chandigarh

Hi my name is Abhineet Sharma. I am using your broadband services of Reliance Communication my customer id is 347006627171 08.11.2015 i have registered my complaint for my broadabnd is not working the customer care excutive told me to rectify my problem within 24 hours but even after 24 hours no one came to my house till date i have been calling Reliance customer care every day every time response is same the problem will be solved in 24 hours but it is not solved. They are fail to deliever their services which is they keep telling customers on customer care and mentally harassing customers to the extent. From 08.11.2015 it is been more then 2 and half months but still my complaint is not resolved and even single Reliance engineer visited my house to check my wire or modem is it working or not please rectify my problem as soon as possible
