Location/place: ITARSI JN (STATION)

While travelling for Bhopal to Betul in Patalkot Exp.(14010), when train reached to Itarsi station, I went to a stall at Platform No. 3, to buy some snacks, but i saw that they are charging more than the printed retail price of the product, on every item they are doing that, so I go for a next stall, and again the same thing happens. They are over charging on every product, and this is not correct, so i want to complaint about that, and no one is taking action on that, I tried to make complaint on IRCTC, but the station name is not in their list, so please register my complaint and do something about that, so that no other passenger can suffer in that condition.
