Being an ela curta customer i want to add star cricket and remove star plus & sony so that i have not to spend extra money. but they add star sports 2 & star cricket and remove bengali free package and deduct 40/ . after again i complain then they did what i want. and told me money will be refunded within 24 hrs. 3 rd again i complained they told that it will be refunded. But after 5 days still it is not refunded
