Outgoing barred without sending Post pay bill on time

Location/place: JAIPUR/RAJASTHAN

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO (GSM)

My post pay bill was generated for may-2012 was on 25 may 2012, but the bill was not sent on my billing address.I had complained to the customer care on 14 june 2012 why my post pay bill was not sent after to my billing address, he said after some problem the bill was not sent & I also said please sent the bill on my e-mail but the mail document was not opened. On 19 june 2012 my mobile outgoing facility was barred & I am very uncomfortable for this. I called to customer care for your mistake my outgoing was barred.but they didn’t respond satisfactory.
