Idea ,s 745 Rs 3G unlimited data scheme is cheat

Name of company/service: Idea

I activated 745 Rs 3G unlimited data plan for one month . Only after two days my surfing speed reduced to only 10 kbps but the plan was 128 kbps speed for whole month .Before one month I used this plan for one month and my surfing speed was 128 kbps . Many times I contacted customer care but they did not solve my problem .Be careful to activate these plans .Tell me guys what should we do for this cheat . My email is [email protected]
