Hi,
I have taken an airtel postpaid connection and i am sorry to inform that i have faced serious problems with service and customer care. My outgoing was barred on grounds of addrress verification but i was not contacted by anyone regarding the same. Also the customer care guys were unable to help and even the airtel retail store i visited was unable to help saying they had server issues. I am having a corporate sim and i am unable to make calls for 2 days. This is a very pathetic service i have seen. 3 days and i still have no clue where to go and how to resolve it.
