I have purchased i pro mini laptop (TVC make) OC3065296,for my official work eg ,word excel powerpoint,i also told the thing to their representative that I am taking this one is for my office work ,he told me that all your work will done by this product ,when i got this product and check on it ,i saw a fix and very old OS installed on it ,within 4 hours i immediately call their service center and told them this problem ,but their executive told me that “go to some computer expert he will add some new softwares and programs on it “,i believed in him and show that laptop to 2/3 experts of pc ,they all tried a lot over it and finally told me that ,this is a very old and mobile version of windows it neither can be upgraded nor one can install any thing on it ,,one has to use it as it is ,,,,practically even office 2007 files cannot open on it ,it’s default media player open selected files only .photo viewer is totally outdated and having no tools atall ,all and all this machine can not used in this era ,then why TVC is selling this ?why don’t they discontinue such product ?why don’t they told customer that this will not work for new edge software’s ?it is very old and limited version of windows then why are they running advertisement of such outdated product on web? actually they have to discontinue such type of product ,normal customer orders product by keeping believe in their customer care executive ,it’s his duty to tell the customer all facts about product ,,,and it’s their company’s duty to discontinue such outdated products ,,after all in online purchasing customer have no choice to see and check the actual product manually, so if such companies really think to expand their business ,then they have to more transparent and faithful otherwise this is a straight case of cheating ,,,i called lot of time to their customer care but they didn’t respond me atall ,telling me that they have no replacement(other product) policy or refund policy ,and they told me that “if there is any defect in product then tall us ,,i want to ask them whether defect is only technically or physically? The received product is not working atall on today’s softwares ,isn’t it is DEFECT? tell me.?………………….,i don’t know how many have gone through to this problem ,because when i was talking with their customer care executive ,she told me “before you, we have received a lot of same complaints about same product “means lot of people had already faced same problem ,and i don’t know how many more are going to suffer like me ………………hope i will get result ………avinash
