He is a cheater. he simply force RS 50000 for electric connection and will force you for other scam. Will never apply for cc. Be aware of him. He surrounded by cheater agent who make you full. Never give you peaceful living. For every system he has commission like pump, meter connection, rent, etc..be aware..
All are now illegal building. we will not giving us the cc. don’t know what will be the feature. I am bit worried about my property. He is a cheater.Cheat people in all area. don’t trust him.

I agree with above comments. Total fraud. Just like saradha chit fund. Before invest a single penny please take feedback from couple of residents. You will lament whole life if you are impressed by promoters sweet words, garden, birds etc.
A great cheater. Earlier he was leader of goons. Nothing has changed now. Fully illigal. Be ready with these. 1. No sanctioned plan at all for most of his building. Customers have lost whole advance. 2. Initial Sanctioned plan but 1-2 extra floor and illigal construction instead of garage in ground floor. 3. No Completion Certificate. 4. Flooded with pg, hostels, guest house. Impossible for family stay. Couple of owners already left. 5. No security. Full of thieves. Losing mobile/laptops/bikes/car battery is quiet common. 6.No handover. Always creates litigation with common meter. 7. No garage marking. Number of garage spaces are less than the garage owner. 8. No drainage/swerage link with municipality line. 9. 500% more charge for any extra work. If you opt for better tiles or wood or fittings.. best of luck and be prepared to pay very high amount. 10. About 50k extra for electric connection. And many more….
I am not sure how I can get my money back. It looks the plan won’t be sanctioned. I am waiting for last 4 years and feeling exhausted by listening fake promises.

I guarantee, you won’t see any other person who is more cheater than Susanta Mondal(Ankita Enterprise). His hobby is to cheat people and enjoy their pain. But yes, very clever person with sweet behavior with new customers. Ask any Flat owner for feedback. Be aware than lamenting whole life.
i can feel the pain of taking the flat from him. he is a big cheater. my friend purchased 5 years before and approached him for cc. every time he is dening with diffrent reason . no one is ready to stay as he forcefully created this apartment as hostel. he has created a mess . if u want to spent peacefull lufe then dont buy flat. inform police and consumer courte for this injustice.
he will never give you peaceful leaving. Papers are not clear. All apartments he has violated and created litigation to owner. no proper handover. very low quality materials . all my building started crack within 1 year. No cc yet. approached 10 times in 3 years. leaving in mare.
