ordered product not delivered yet

On 28th july i had ordered intex IT-350B COMPUTER MULTIMEDIA SPEAKERS ,BEARING ORDER NO.-914773573,WHICH WAS MEANT TO BE DELIVERED IN 6-7 DAYS.IT HAS YET NOT been delivered and on tracking the order it says OUP WAITING FOR GATEWAY RESPONSE,payment being processed.Th,though the amount was instantly deducted from my account.Also the customer care is not responding to my calls..its always busy,even the no .is not tollfree.So i have to keep calling vaguely spending my mobile balance.please pay some heed to it quickly.

    WAS YOUR PRODUCT DELIVERED ???
    oR WAS REFUND INITIATED?
    WHAT WAS THE AMOUNT OF TRANSACTION ?

    Product delivered not as described on order
    on 13th Jan-2016 i ordered with (order no-1464919507) one Philips mixer grinder HL7720 750 watt(with RS-2795 INR)
    on 18th jan-2016 Philips mixer grinder HL7710 600 watt delivered.
    i call to customer care two times but he denied to replace product as ordered product, they told me to refund and again logged new order but i have a problem
    now HL7720 is become 3450 INR . So why i could logged new order as earlier i have booked order after checking many websites. when i checked on paytm i found less price than other websites so i booked it.
    pls help to get the same.
