I have ordered a product from Gift-to-india.com and paid Rs.499/- by credit card on 2nd Aug 2012. I have received payment confirmation. The shipping address was of Jhansi which falls under List A cities of Gift-to-india.com where it claimed to deliver on same day. I had followed up with them on 8th Aug 2012 after 5 days of giving the order and also asked them to give a proper justification for non delivery of order. I have received an email on 9th Aug 2012 that they will update the status.
Till today i.e. 10th Aug 2012, after 8 days of my order, the product is not delivered. I have suffered loss due to the mis commitment by gift-to-india.com. I would like a resolution withj proper justification for playing with their poor customers after taking money and make them followup for nothing and keep their reputation at stake. You are also requested to take adequate action against such companies and decide a proper compensation for the loss.
