Order not delivered from 02/01/.2013 – 09/02/2013

I have placed my order on 02.01.13 and as per your commitment it should be delivered in 3 weeks… its more then three weeks and I haven’t got my order yet. I have complained many times through mail and telephonic with Ticket No. 57012 and 67012 but they did not responded.

After that I contact many times with telephonically and through mail to timtara team but they are not responding. I have also sent many mails to the following addresses:
