No refund provided even after 1 month

I placed an order with Indiatimes on 5-Jan-2013. And on the very same day cancelled the order. It was a prepaid order. After that I got a call for the confirmation of order cancellation and I confirmed fr the same. They said that they will refund the amount within 10 working days. But opposite to their words they again placed the same order without my concirn on 28th Jan. When I asked the reason they said that it was a system error and cancelled the order on the very same day. But since then also it has been 13 days but my amount is not refunded. When I asked the reason on 9-feb first they said that they have refunded the amount on 29-jan itself but after my request to check again, they said that it is not refunded yet. This kind of attitude from such a big company is not at all expected. The order details are as follows :
